With a 15-year-long career in educational leadership, I have successfully led schools in various contexts, including the UK, Bahrain, Egypt, Morocco, and soon, Japan.

My journey began with a master's in education from the University of Bath and the National Professional Qualification for Headship. Over the years, I've had the privilege of serving as a country representative for the British Schools in the Middle East organization in Egypt and working as an accredited performance coach and an NPQ assessor for Best Practice Network.

Currently, I'm a consultant working with school leaders globally, a member of the IB Educator Network, and an active leadership performance coach. My work has spanned 15 countries, focusing on integrating transformational leadership into International Baccalaureate programs and other educational settings.
